For items received as gifts, the recipient has 60 days from the original order date to return the item, giving extra flexibility during holiday seasons.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We understand you need to open the package to inspect the item, but the product itself should remain in new, resaleable condition. This means items should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Original packaging materials, including boxes, manuals, accessories, and protective wrapping, should be included when possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like earbuds, certain personal care products, or intimate apparel once they've been opened or used. Perishable goods, including food items and fresh flowers, cannot be returned as they have limited shelf lives. Downloadable products like software, digital music, or e-books are also non-returnable once the download is complete or the access code is revealed.
Final sale items marked clearly at the time of purchase cannot be returned. These are typically clearance products or special promotional items sold at deeply discounted prices. The product page and your receipt will indicate if an item was a final sale.
Conditions for Refund vs. Exchange
You have the option to either receive a refund or exchange an item for a different size, color, or product entirely. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The timing depends on your financial institution—while we process refunds quickly, banks can take several days to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges are often processed faster than refunds. When you request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, we can sometimes ship the replacement immediately upon receiving your return notification, before the original item even arrives back to us. This minimizes the time you're without the product. However, if the replacement item is more expensive than the original, you'll be charged the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If you're returning an item because it's defective, damaged during shipping, or we sent you the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs completely. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label—just print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier location. You won't pay anything.
If you're returning an item for other reasons—wrong size, changed your mind, didn't like the color—standard return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as you're responsible for the safe return of the item until it reaches our facility.
International Returns
Returning items from international locations follows the same general policy but involves additional considerations. International return shipping can be expensive, and you're responsible for these costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns to ensure the package can be located if issues arise.
Be aware that you may be charged duties and taxes again when returning items internationally. We cannot refund customs fees or import taxes that were charged on the original shipment. International returns typically take longer to process—allow 3-6 weeks from the time you ship the item until you receive your refund, as international shipping and customs clearance add time to the process.
Restocking Fees
For most products, we don't charge restocking fees. However, certain high-value electronics or large items may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than defects or our errors. If a restocking fee applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase and in your order confirmation. Restocking fees typically range from 10% to 20% of the item price and cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and returning the item to inventory.
Restocking fees are never charged when items are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we shipped the wrong item. These fees only apply to change-of-mind returns on specific product categories.
Gift Returns
Received a gift that isn't quite right? Gift recipients can return items without knowing the original purchase price. When you initiate a return for a gifted item, you'll have the option to receive a refund in the form of store credit rather than refunding the original purchaser. This lets you select something else you'll enjoy without involving the gift giver.
If you prefer a refund to the original payment method instead of store credit, the refund will be sent to the person who placed the order. They'll be notified of the return but not told the specific reason. Your gift return maintains appropriate privacy while ensuring the purchaser receives their refund.
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple items in a single order and only want to return some of them, that's no problem. You can make a partial return for any item or items from your order. Each item will be evaluated independently according to our return policy. The refund will be calculated based on the returned items' prices, including any applicable tax adjustments.
If your order qualified for free shipping due to meeting a minimum purchase threshold, returning items that bring your order total below that threshold may result in shipping charges being deducted from your refund. This ensures fairness—you received free shipping based on your total order value.
