Managing Your Payment Methods
Keeping your payment information current ensures uninterrupted service. This guide shows you how to add, update, and remove payment methods.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal for flexible payment options, ACH bank transfers for annual plans (US only), and wire transfers for Enterprise plans.
Adding a Payment Method
Navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods. Click "Add Payment Method" and select your payment type. For credit/debit cards, enter card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. For PayPal, you'll be redirected to log into PayPal and authorize the connection. Click "Save" to add the payment method.
Setting a Default Payment Method
If you have multiple payment methods, one must be set as default for automatic billing. Find the payment method you want to use as default and click "Set as Default." This card or account will be charged for all future invoices unless you change it.
Updating Payment Information
To update an existing payment method, find it in your payment methods list and click "Edit." Update the necessary information such as new expiration date, new billing address, or updated card details. Click "Save Changes" to update.
If your card is declined, you'll receive email and in-app notifications. Update your payment information within 7 days to avoid service interruption.
Removing a Payment Method
You can remove payment methods you no longer use, but you cannot remove your default payment method. First set a different payment method as default, then click the trash icon next to the method you want to remove. Confirm the removal when prompted.
Payment Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Card details are stored securely with our PCI-compliant payment processor, not on our servers. We never see or store your full card number—only the last 4 digits for identification.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your payment fails, check that your card hasn't expired, verify your billing address matches your bank's records, ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available, and contact your bank if the issue persists—sometimes they block online transactions.
