When you choose annual billing, you pay for the full year upfront. While you can cancel at any time, we don't provide refunds for unused months. However, you'll continue to have full access to your plan for the remainder of the annual period you've paid for. Understanding User-Based Pricing

Our paid plans use user-based pricing, which means you pay for each person who has access to your account. A "user" is defined as anyone with login credentials, whether they're an admin, regular member, or have limited permissions. Guest users with view-only access are not counted toward your user limit on Professional and Enterprise plans.

You can add or remove users at any time. When you add users mid-billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that cycle. For example, if you're halfway through your monthly billing period and add 2 new users, you'll be charged for approximately half a month for those users. Similarly, if you remove users, you won't be charged for them in subsequent billing periods.

Add-Ons and Extra Features

Beyond our standard plans, we offer several add-ons that can enhance any tier. Extra storage can be purchased in 100GB increments for $5 per month. There's no automatic charging—you'll need to actively choose a plan and enter payment information to continue with a paid subscription.
