Two-Factor Authentication Problems
If you’re having trouble with two-factor authentication (2FA):
- Check Authenticator App: Make sure the authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) is working properly.
- Time Synchronization: Ensure your device's clock is correctly synchronized with the internet time.
Correction Steps:
- Resend Code: Request a new authentication code if the first one doesn’t work.
- Disable and Re-enable 2FA: If problems persist, disable and then re-enable 2FA in your Forcura account settings.
