If you are receiving duplicate faxes:
- Check Sender’s Settings: Ensure the sender’s fax settings are not causing multiple transmissions.
- Inspect Forcura Logs: Look at Forcura’s fax logs to identify where the duplication is occurring.
Correction Steps:
- Notify Sender: Ask the sender to ensure their fax machine is set correctly to avoid multiple sends.
- Review Configurations: Check your Forcura settings to confirm they are not causing duplicates.
