How to Update Your Shipping Address
If you need to update the shipping address for an order, follow these steps to ensure the address is changed correctly:
- Log In to Your Account: Access your account by logging in with your email and password on our website or app.
- Navigate to Order History: Once logged in, go to the 'Order History' or 'My Orders' section, usually found in the menu or under your profile icon.
- Select the Order: Find the order for which you need to update the shipping address. Click on the order number or 'View Details' link.
- Check Order Status: Ensure that the order status is still 'Processing' or 'Pending.' Orders that have already been shipped cannot have their shipping address updated.
- Initiate Address Change: If the order is eligible for an address change, you will see an 'Edit Shipping Address' button. Click on it to start the address update process.
- Enter New Address: Fill in the new shipping address details, including street address, city, state, postal code, and country.
- Save Changes: Click on the 'Save' or 'Update Address' button to apply the changes to your order.
- Confirm Update: You will receive a confirmation email or notification indicating that your shipping address has been successfully updated.
- Review Updated Address: Go back to the order details page to ensure that the new shipping address is correctly listed.
