If you need to cancel an order, follow these steps to ensure the process is handled smoothly:

- Navigate to Order History: Once logged in, go to the 'Order History' or 'My Orders' section, usually found in the menu or under your profile icon.
- Select the Order: Find the order you want to cancel from the list of your recent orders. Click on the order number or 'View Details' link.
- Check Order Status: Ensure that the order status is still 'Processing' or 'Pending.' Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
